About the Provider

Molly Rodden FNP-BC PMHNP- BC
At Kaizen Psychiatric Services, we firmly believe that all people (regardless of gender, race, sexuality, or ethnicity) deserve respectful, high-quality, integrative, and personalized care.
Our provider is a dual board-certified FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) and PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) with 26 years of healthcare experience. She has worked in a variety of settings, including the criminal justice system, residential treatment for children or adults, locked units for elders with memory or psychiatric impairments, addiction recovery, and clinics focused on treating chronic pain. Prior to starting her own clinic she also taught bachelor's and master's- level nursing students.
Over the last two decades, Molly's personal and professional experiences have created a holistic perspective on psychiatric care with the belief that "less medicine is better medicine." Medication should be balanced between the potential benefits and the possible side effects. She strives to manage medications with balance and consistency in order to promote and maintain the stability of her patients.
Dedicated to Empowering Patients

Dedication
Kaizen Psychiatric Services is dedicated to providing individuals with empowering and respectful mental health care through education, compassion and collaboration.

Approach
Our approach emphasizes holistic care, empowering clients to engage in informed and independent self-care. Our services encompass all facets of medication management and assessment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, learning disabilities, and more.

Specialization
We specialize in providing a thorough biopsychosocial assessment that looks at medical and psychological factors that can influence mental health. Information gathered during the assessment is then used to identify areas for personal growth, as well as targeted medication that may help alleviate symptoms. Fewer symptoms lead to a better quality of life for patients and their loved ones. All medication management is paired with brief cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support those committed to living a full life.
